NightScape Lab is a small operation. There's no ticket queue and no bot. When you write in, you're talking to the maker. You'll get a real answer, usually within a day or two.

Tell us what you're running (macOS or Windows version, Photoshop version, Lightroom Classic if you use it) and what you're seeing. The panel's Preferences → Diagnostics has a one-click "copy log" made for exactly this. The more detail, the faster we can help.

Before you write: a lot of questions are answered on the FAQ: is it a plugin or an app, what you need to run it, supported RAW formats, and the fact that your images never leave your machine.
